What do interviewers often look for when you do the MMIs? Is there a certain set of criteria , or a set of checkboxes? I understand that each scenario doesn't have a "correct answer" and it is dependent on how you analyse the senario and evaluate it. However is the delivery (tone, hand gestures, eye contact, interaction etc) also taken into account as well? (For UBC MD or MD/PhD program)
