In school, I just study for like an hour every night before I go to bed (even if I don't have a test for the next 2 weeks)...makes things so much easier come test time.....

Quick 20 min nap/some tv/go on the internet or AIM

I don't know what the word "relax" means... I'm a study nazi...(and have nothing to show for it LOL!)... let's see.... when I do relax I either read (leisurely of course!) or watch Terry Tate Office Linebacker on You Tube (that ish is funny) or I take a quick nap... power naps are good... if I had a really productive study session and only have about 15 min in between, I would usually break out and dance like a maniac to music stretching everything and cool off with some water.

Work out, read magazines.

i like to do the whole 20/30 minute nap thing if i am studying hardcore for an exam or something. Otherwise, cooking always relaxes me and just sitting on the couch with a friend and watching an hour or two of tv really destresses me and helps to motivate me to study again later.

T.V., play the piano, compose music, read, listen to music, take a nap etc. etc. etc.

Cook, take a longer than normal shower, surf the internet, practice cello.

Nap, TV, internet, snack/meal, sudoku puzzle, leisure reading, exercise (rare, but it happens). I don't like to shower as a break because I feel like drying my hair wastes like 30 minutes, but leaving it wet is uncomfortable and then it drips all over my notes lol. It really depends on what kind of studying we're talking about, though.
