What does: still being considered for first round acceptance mean?

So I called one of my schools to see where i am in terms of my application process and they told me that i'm "Still being considered for first round acceptances and the admissions committee has not made a decision." Hey guys anyone know what this means? Is this a soft-waitlist/rejection ?? WHAT IS THIS?? lol
