I just took DAT yesterday and i got horrible score:

Perceptual Ability : 13
QR: 16
RC: 19
Biology: 18
General Chemistry: 17
Organic Chemistry: 19
Total Science: 18
Academic Average: 18
Science GPA: 3.63
Total GPA: 3.71

What do you think if i go ahead and apply this cycle or wait to retake DAT, but i will be late for the cycle? What is my chance for dental school if i dont retake DAT or i have absolutely zero chance of being accepted?
Please advise!!!

Thank you.

You definitely need a retake. I would esubmit only if you can truly commit to improving over the next 3 months.

Your GPA is fine but the DAT exists to level the playing field for all applicants. An 18 is not horrendous (it's the average score) but by no means competitive. Not sure about the rest of your application (EC's, shadowing, LoR's, etc.) but that 18 may keep you from getting your foot in the door.

It's the 13 PAT that killed her chances. Apply and then retake.

What everyone else said. That 13 PAT is killer.

Submit your apps and retake DAT by the end of July/early August. Try to get all your scores above 19.
Unfortunately, there is a mandatory 90 waiting period between retakes for the DAT. OP said they took it a couple of days ago, so they cannot retake until September

Do you know that school will automatically reject me due to low score if i esubmit now? Should i wait to retake in September before i esubmit? Thank you

If you put your future retake date, they will put your app on hold until they receive your new score.

This depends on the schools they're planning on applying to. I know for sure that some schools will look at your app as soon as it's completed, and won't wait for your new scores.

Michigan told me this, and I'm sure they're not the only ones with that policy.
