Whoa, monster quant there! I've never seen a 30 in anything before!

As for your chances, being from a UC will drastically help your chances at Michigan. They go out of their way to take out of state applicants, so this bodes well for you.

July is not late, its right on the money, earlier than most.

Get yourself at least one standout EC, write a good essay, and apply to most all of the private schools (and Michigan) you could see yourself at.

Just remember to apply to alot of schools. I know there are some schools that won't take anything lower than a 17. But I'm sure there are plenty more that will look over that fact considering the rest of your stats are very good.

Which schools do not accept people who got a score of 16 or lower?

When is the earliest to get an interview? August or october?

Does english speaking ability matter much?

People will forgive that 16 in english (especially if u speak another language, and the 30 in quant). Best of luck with your application.


You are the first person getting 30 in quant I've ever heard, known.....I'm sure it's the same for some admissions officers too.
