what is the best time of day to call AMCAS?

For those of you who have gotten through to AMCAS numerous times, when during the day did you call them? I called them this morning at 6am my time (9am eastern), and they put me on hold for 2 hours and then cut me off. Has anyone called at a different time and got a shorter on-hold time?

I usually call in the afternoon (2-3pm CDT) and I've had shorter hold times than most people talk about here. Don't call on Thursday afternoon though, because they are closed.

I have called a few times around 11am - 12pm EST, and waited for only 5-7 minutes.

1:30 pm EST worked for me with 15 min wait. I tried around noon (my lunch break) and I couldn't get through after 30 min. I would avoid lunch time because more people are probably calling and less "specialists" are around to answer calls.
