I have just submitted my application. Right now, I do not have anything to do. What should I be doing at this point to prepare for secondaries?

Thanks

Are any of your secondaries already available to start working on? Do you have recomendation letters already set up? Pictures taken? Transcrips ready to go? You could work on the why this particular school question since many schools ask it.

I agree with Megalofyia. Start getting those passport sized photos, get some ink for your computer printer, organize your activities into a nice chronological list with some infomation and make sure your letters of rec are in line and ready to go. If there are schools that have online secondaries, especially ones that are given to all applicants (i.e. schools that do not screen applications before giving secondaries), you can start working on those right away. Other than that, relax and have some fun. You finished your AMCAS application and deserve a big break. Go out and enjoy the summer sun!!!

Make that a shot of smirnoff. Oh, and get me one too... sheesh... 3 secondaries down, 12 f-ing ones more to go...

It's gonna be a BLAST! 😀

At least you have three down..
I wish the schools would remove the why this school questio.. cause the answer is I'll LOVE any school that accepts me, and I chose your school cause it accepted out of state residents..
Couldn't they just ask me why I want to be a doctor?

Could you share the secondary questions from the schools that sent them to you so I could get a head start? Thanks.

A lot of them are out there already. There are a couple of threads just about the questions on secondaries. Just do a search for "secondary questions."
