First of all- congrats and good luck to all the people interviewing this year! I'm a second year with a strong interest in pediatrics. I was just wondering if anyone has advice for what I (and the other first/second years) should be doing now to make us better applicants. I know grades and step 1 are important, but are there other things you did that you really think made a difference in your experience and helped you get interviews?
