I know that being an officer in a club or being an RA shows leadership but do personal things such as reporting and testifying against a crime count?

I wouldn't think so, as you're not actually leading anyone.

No, this does not show leadership. Club positions, RA, TA, a job where you train or supervise others would all be examples of leadership positions.

As that redhead said, it’s basically any position where you were leading people. Can you say that you were the head of a group of people to accomplish a goal? If not, then no.
If you spearheaded a large class action lawsuit, then yes that would probably show leadership. But just testifying against someone isn’t being a leader.
