for those with interviews this cycle, have you or do you plan on taking notes during the interview/tour/etc.? i wanted to scribble a few things down during the interview, mainly answers to questions i have about the schools, but i'm not sure how much of a hassle it is.
also, what did you have on you during the interview (besides clothes😀)? i was thinking, as some people mentioned before, a pen and notepad, maybe a CV, etc. any other suggestions?

I'm not going to take anything. I hate having bulky stuff to carry or in your pockets.. It doesn't fit well with a suit, and it just makes all your movements that much more awkward. I'll take my phone my wallet and my keys... maybe a condom if/when I go to UCLA.

why do you need to take a CV?

shouldn't they have this on file? or more likely - infront of them...

A pen is about the only thing you need.

I'm just take a leather portfolio, with pen, notebook paper, and a printout with a few questions, that's it. No purse or anything like that too keep up with.

You only need a pen. Don't take anything else. A few people bring leather portfolios ,but you really don't need to.
Also, you want your hands to be free so you can shake hands, etc.
