I am applying to MD/DO schools this year. Trying to figure out if I should include employee of the month awards in my application? Thanks!

I would list as part of the description where you list your job.

Hey if you have the space list it. If you have stuff that sounds more impressive, probably put those things first. I used the fancy name of my deans list because it sounded better and was still accurate. But I skipped awards that were very "job" based and were hard to verify.
