I would try to call her if possible and explain to her that you have everything submitted and it's really up to them now to get the last thing in in order for schools to start considering you.
When did you ask for the committee letter? Were you late with it?

I wasn't late, per se, but two of my letter writers submitted at the last minute (mid June), so there are definitely names ahead of me. I think if I want the letter, the timing is what it is.

I'd call and explain how critical it is that you get your app in early. There may be people ahead of you but do THEY have everything submitted and verified? For them it wouldn't make a difference.
I was in a similar position. I was the first one to ask for the committee letter and I submitted everything on the 8th June. I wrote like 5 emails to my professors to get the letter in and he did on 06/23 which isn't late but he knew 2-3 weeks before that I had finished everything.

Hopefully you can call them. it makes it way easier to explain your case
