Does anyone know about the differences between the 4 SUNYs, ie which one accepts more people from out of state, which one is a better school, or any other information about them? Their website is pretty confusing to navigate...
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here are some stats from the 2007-8 MSAR that Exi kindly posted up.

The general consensus is that Stony Brook is the best out of them, followed by Downstate then Upstate/Buffalo. They're all great schools, but I think Downstate is the 'worst' out of all of them in terms of research but it makes up for it with clinical experience. In terms of location, all of them are considered to be in undesirable places....Downstate in a bad neighborhood in Brooklyn, Stony Brook in....well, Stony Brook, and the other two schools in upstate New York, which speaks for itself.
