what's going on? ok so here's the deal.... I havn't published anything, but have been involved in research.... do I have to publish something to get into derm?!?

This is just a guess. But if your other stats are outstanding, then publishing probably isn't too important.

On the other hand, if you have some significant holes in your grades/board scores/LOR/anything else they can knock you down on, I'd press for that publication. It can't hurt!
