When are interviews?

I was wondering if you could tell me when interviews are generally scheduled? During the week? Towards the end, in the middle? Do you miss class for interviews? I am just wondering because right now I am a freshman at a small liberal arts school and attendance is important in most of my classes.

If it is a interview for medical school (or any graduate program) they will not care if you miss some lectures, trust me. Don't stress over something like this right now.

Most interviews are during the week. Yes, you usually miss a day or two of class depending on where you are travelling. Though it's a long ways away for you, look at it like this. After three years of grinding, it's OK to miss some class to achieve what you've worked for.
