Do they get looked at when deciding who to invite for interviews? I'm sure they get looked at by the interviewer. What about during the final stage of decision, do they get looked at then?

There are some admissions counselors who actually visit and post the pre-allo forum (e.i. LizzyM) you may want to ask them how it's done at their school.
