The latest I've ever heard of someone getting an interview is March but it's much earlier for some schools.

I know a few people who interviewed in March not sure when the invites themselves went out.

USF Morsani holds interviews in April, but most finish in February and March. Not the invitation but the actual interview.

Also note that schools tend to send invites out for dates a few weeks to over a month later. So if the schools schedules till March, you could get IIs through February or maybe early March.

I had an II last year in April (yes, for an MD school) but I would say February is generally the latest.

It's common in the sense that schools generally still have interview slots to fill at this time, just not many.
