When choosing a Medical school, should I be Practical or choose were I feel most at "Home"

Im trying to decide where I going to go for the next 4 years, I know ultimately I will have to make the decision on my own, but I just don't want to make a huge mistake. Here is a thread I made comparing the two schools.
