When do most get all their LoRs in by?

When do people tend to have at least 3 of them sent to the office by? Also, are there any particular thoughts about when is a good or "safe" time-frame to have them in by to maximize chances of interviewing? Just curious.

Most deadlines are November 1st, but I would get them in sooner rather than later. I have over 400 applications right now, and I don't remember having this many so early in the process. I think it is going to be a very competitive year.
