    Hey guys

Just curious, when do programs actually look at apps and send invites? I'm planning on getting my step2 in before sept15 and submitting ERAS right when it's open for submission.

However, will programs send out interviews if you don't have all of your letters in yet? What about the MSPE?

    Thanks so much

It varies, but a substantial portion (if not the majority or slight majority) will look at applications right after the ERAS submission and make their decision from that to invite, decline, or wait until MSPE.

Some wait until MSPE to look at everything. Other letters of rec depends as well - ppl do it differently. Some will certainly make a decision without the letters.

For you letters of rec, politely pester your letter writers to get them in ASAP.
