Slacker here.

when is the last day to turn in the ROL ?

And does it matter when we send it in. (ie is there an advantage or anythign of sending it first vs last). I figure it's just a 'match' that will only work when EVERYbody's stuff is in, regardless of when they turned it in, but just wanted to be sure.

Thanks guys//gals

9:00 pm EST on Feb. 22...just like the NRMP says on their website. No, it will not matter if you certify it now or at 8:59 on the 22nd.

thanks...i just called them...i've not gone to the nrmp website and looked around...

but yes, thats exactly wht they told me.

Um...humble suggestion here based on some key facts.

1. You can submit your list and certify now.
2. You can change a certified list and recertify as many times as you want until Feb 22.
3. The NRMP takes no responsibility for you not being able to get your list in on Feb 22 (e.g. if there are website/server issues).
4. If your list isn't in on Feb 22, you won't match.

You might want to submit your list way earlier than 2/22 and change it if you need to. It would suck to get knocked out of the match because of web problems.

do u guys remember the fiasco we had during our med school years w/ AMCAS (i think is what it was called !!)

You mean, do I remember being charged $720 twice and having to submit a month later than I wanted to because the *&%$!# server wasn't working? No, don't recall.

Or do you mean typing in each of my individual grades, and then having my GPA being calculated to a 1.7 for some unknown reason???? Doesn't ring a bell..........

yeah yeah yeah...

when i initially applied to med school none of it was online.

try typing your entire college coursework record in the tiny boxes with an old typewriter in the basement of a public library. if i had known then what i know now i would have stopped and just waited a few years for AMCAS to go online.
