When do you register for the summer PCAT?

I checked the site and it doesn't mention when I should be applying for the July 2016 PCAT.
Also, how long should I be taking to prepare for this thing?
I'm planning on leaving Winter break for it and studying 6 hours a day all through January, then during the spring semester take a practice test a week, review or whatever. I still haven't taken Microbio, Immuno, A & P and I basically forgot any math that I knew.
How screwed am I?

the reason you might not see anything until later next semester is because they are still in the 2015 cycle of tests which ends in January.

The cycle just ended. Usually the tests open around march.
