When does one take CASPer?

I only applied to one school that uses CASPer (NYMC). Am I supposed to wait until I get a secondary from them to take it, or should I take it now? I read that it takes 3-4 weeks to get scored, so I'm not sure what to do.

Apparently, FAU is also using it this year, but I can't find anything on their website about it or if they will review my application as long as I'm registered like NYMC. Kind of making me nervous...
