When should I apply, taking DAT in November?

So as a Canadian student, we have our DAT at certain times, either in November or February. Im planning on taking it this November, should I try and apply during this coming year following the DAT (I'll be in my third year with about a 3.2/3.3 GPA) or will I be a bit late, I know some schools do rolling admissions. Also do schools even accept you in your third year, or do they only accept you in your graduating year? (Applying to private schools most likely).

Forget the Canadian DAT and do the American DAT instead!
