Where can you work with a residency in the US?

Is there any other country that can take US trained physicians who did their residency in the US without additional constraints? (repeating parts of your training). I'm interested in Europe or Australia/New Zealand.

Canada will make you work under an experienced physician for a year or two and then you are fully licensed.
