Duke
Georgetown
Einstein
Mount Sinai
NYU
Rochester
Pitt
Case Western
Washington U
Tulane

I will look into those, thank you. Just curious how did you come up with that list? Was it simply private schools that are geographically located near my home state (relatively speaking)? I'm wondering if my high MCAT will make up for my low GPA at the more competitive schools on your list, but I guess there is no way to know...
 
Some of those schools like high MCAT applicants and your MCAT is above the median for all of them. Mercer and Medical College of Georgia are your "safety" schools so you have a bit of leeway in applying to high tier schools (within reason).
