Hi all

I wanted to know what schools are traditionaly easier to get into. I currently live in GA and ands so will have in-state out-state issues and wanted to know where to apply as a safety school that i will atleast get and interview from and most likely acceptence. I have a overall GPA of 3.85 and sciemce GPA of 4.0 that being said i have only taken Gen. Chem and physics in the science section fro the GPA given. I hope to enter in the fall of 2006 for school. i currently have 61 hrs credit done as a chemistry major and am enrolled at Georgia State University.

Tahnks for all the help.

Keep up the good work, and with a good solid DAT score, you'll go wherever you want.

With a 3.85 GPA and 4.0 science, may I ask why you are looking into schools that are "traditionally" easier to get into?

This threat is a joke! Dental schools will be fighting for you 🙂 Check out "under 3.0" thread, you'll gain a lot more confidence?

to Cowgoesmoo:

Forget dental school. With your GPA you should be applying for NASA's Astronaut Training Program. Seriously.

But in case you really have your heart set on our more mundane profession (heh), I agree with the other guys-- With your GPA you are very competitive at the vast majority of dental schools in the country. Unless you royally screw up on the DATs, your app essay or your interview, you are a shoo-in for the schools in your state.

HTH!
