Where to put community college courses?

So in the AACOMAS, I put my community college courses under their respective community college (I only took several) but these courses transfered their credit (no grades) to my university transcript. I was wondering, do I have to re-put the courses into my university transcript online because I did do that with my AP classes and when I have reviewed and finalized my transcript- it never asks for junior college courses if this makes any sense. Thank you for the help in advance.

Not that I know of, I didn't do that for any of my transfer credits. Didn't have any issues.

Thank you CajunMedic- also I have tried calling them many times but it always says call volume is too high and hangs up. What's up with that!
