Which batch am I in if I apply June 4th and take DAT mid-late July?
Do I actually not apply on June 4th until my DAT scores are ready? Does that mean I actually apply in July?

You should submit the application in early June so your LORs and transcripts get processed. 2 weeks after you take the DAT, AADSAS will receive the DAT scores and you're application will be deemed complete. Only then will schools review it. So you won't be in the first or second batch, but you'll still be in decent shape. I took my DAT end of the summer and I was offered a bunch of interviews and several acceptances.

Agreed. took my DAT jul 27. it was not too late. I had interviews as early as late september. don't worry about being too late!
