Which degree is more useful the MPA or the MPH?

I hope to one day obtain a position of leadership in an international health agency. I hope to obtain one of these degrees now, and perhaps continue on and receive an MBA. Thank you!

I would do an MPH since you're planning on doing an MBA anyway. More importantly, what are your interests and what kind of "leadership" position are you thinking of?
