Doesn't really seem to matter unless there's a big gap. If there is a big gap, any low GPA will hurt.

They should probably be similar. That's the nice thing about being a science major. As for me as a non-science non-trad, the gap between my very high cGPA and average sGPA wasn't such a nice thing.
