Which program would be better to match into neurosurgery?

I am looking to choose medical schools. I have always loved neurosurgery (shadowed and did research with neurosurgeons at a T5 medical school). The two schools I am choosing from are Indiana and Rush. Although there isn't a clear discussion online about Indiana, I have heard that in recent years their match took a nosedive due to some curriculum changes. Granted Indiana is better ranked than Rush, but with no match data to look at, I am leaning towards Rush. The only concern I have with Rush is how there is minimal emphasis on research (I have two pubs so far) and how research is quite important these days to match into a competitive specialty, especially with Step being P/F. Can someone please guide me through choosing between these two? Thanks!
