Which reference would or did you buy for your medicine rotation and general use: Washington Manual of Medical Therapeutics or The care of the medical patient by Ferri.

Both are great books.
Don't forget about the St. Frances Guide to Inpatient Medicine, they also have an outpt edition...
St.Frances guide is fantastic!! Easy to read, and lots of good info!
