1. Principal - has known me for 7 years. Problem: for each of the comment sections, she wrote very little about me albeit she said good things. For example, the question was "comment on the student's work habits" and she simply put "excellent work habits."

2. Teaching assistant - Has a BSc and has only known me for 4 months during which he was a TA for one of my tutorials. Problem: He wrote really good things about me and really expanded on why he thought I was a great student, except he isn't really considered a "professional"

Which one should I choose?

principal of HS? then proly no unless your going 0-6...

and teaching assistants dont usually offer (I say this because I asked one from chem when I was a freshman...they arent very "solid" when it comes to LOR)

If this is a 0-6 go with the principal. otherwise, find some professors

I agree with Passion. Get to know some professors! Most of them are pretty awesome when you get to know them. My biochem II prof offered to write me a letter of rec for anything I decided I wanted to do because I made the effort to talk to him about the course (of course it helped that I really loved that course, worked really hard, discussed the lectures with him, and worked my ass off and got an A).

So get yourself out there, work hard, get to know some profs. TA's I don't think count as a strong recommendation, and unless you just finished high school and applying to a 0-6 program I don't think a LOR from a HS principal would weigh very well either.

High school principal lor for a professional school... seriously?

As for option 2, most adcoms view TAs as students so that won't be of much help to you either.

Go with option 3, neither.
