I hope not...I partly chose it over other schools because I thought it had a better atmosphere..

I have talked to a handful of people who agreed with me completely (including several current students). Then on the other hand I have talked to a few people who disagree completely. So OP take that as it is.

I mean obviously its not like my words are in stone or anything haha. You could end up doing just fine. You could find a great group of students and be perfectly happy there. I am just remarking about what I have seen and heard, and obviously with that comes a little bit of my own bias. So dont get down, you got into a solid school, I will be jealous of your rotations come 3rd and 4th year heh. But yea, just for the sake of answering the OPs question, yes I have heard of gunners coming out of MUCOM.

When I interviewed at Marian I asked how the community of the school was and I was told "it's getting better." They said that it didn't seem like people were outright sabotaging others but that students definitely withheld helpful information from one another. Again that's one student's opinion so take that for what it's worth.

This question varies from year to year. For example, @AlteredScale is a gunner 😛 He hasn't tell us how to become SDN staff/moderator. Jk
On the serious note, many schools have gunners somewhere in that population 100+. They just hide from the public. When you find out one, just stay away from him/her.
