Which year for FAFSA for schools starting in June?

Hey,

I know I can call my financial aid office at my school, but maybe someone on here could answer my question before Monday. Anyways, Im a pre-first year and gross anatomy starts in June at my school. Im not sure whether to file for 2004-5 financial aid,(fafsa), or file for 2005-6. Anyone know?

I believe your class schedule calls it the 05/06 year, even though you start taking classes so early. From what they told me they distribute the financial aid checks once gross starts since that's when the first of tuition is due.

It's 2005-2006 because your first year starts in 2005.
