no kidding! before i turned 21, i thought the bar scene was a social scene... but in L.A., people get offended if you approach them just to chat...not always, but often. its really weird (im not a creepy guy...I promise!!!)

but yea, i still like the nightlife here.

I think this thread should be made into talking or chatting thread. It's be nice to have a chatt on this forum dedicated specifically to pre-pharm students. That way potential future classmates could get to know each other better.

Umm..interesting direction this thread has taken. Anyway to the OP, though your GPA is solid for pharmacy school, it is nowhere competitive. Especially if you only applied to 2 schools in Calif, the odds of getting in are very low. Because the term for applications to matriculate Fall 08 is pretty much over, you should apply early this coming term. PharmCAS opens in June or July I believe. Apply to more schools and take your PCAT to apply out of state. Applicants who get into schools in Calif normally have a higher GPA than you. Hope that helps. Good luck!

really? none of my past gf's were evil...its kinda why i enjoyed my time with them.

I don't like to admitt this too often, but I am in a nice loving relationship that will probably result in the engagement soon.

My bf is taking classes and learning Russian just so he could meet/talk to some of my Russian relatives. An American studying Russian is unheard of so I am pretty pleased.
