Why do I spend more time stressing about my GPA than studying?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.

You do it because this path creates people who attribute the entirety of their self-worth to a number and outside feedback rather than internal feedback or anything with substantial meaning. It's not your fault. You're a victim here. Just drop out of the rat race mentality while still running the rat race. You just have to step out of the race and play in the rose bushes every once in a while. Don't stay in the rose bushes too long, though, they have thorns.

Just drop the mentality. Accept it and move on. Worrying about it won't bring up your gpa, but studying would.

I think the answer is you're in damage control mode. Plus, it doesn't seem studying is delivering the results you want.

That's not even remotely true. I spend a lot of time on the internet stressing which is my question. I don't study a lot, so I don't expect many positive results.
