Will a 239 step 1 score prevent me from getting into ENT?

Hi,

I completely understand that there are multiple elements to getting into ENT. I am a 3rd year medical student that just got his score. My CVs are
not strong but I have time during 3rd year to build them I guess. Do I have plenty of time during 3rd year or is it kind of too late?
Also I was wondering will a 239 prevent me from matching into ENT? And also what steps can I take to build CVs towards ENT to make me a stronger candidate?

Please do excuse me for my ignorance the tons of questions I asked. I just want to get some guidance.
