Will interviews be virtual or in person?
Probably too early to tell. You may have to wait at least until applications go out to get a sense. I doubt programs are even considering this question this far ahead.

My suspicion is that there will likely be both options from some programs, while others will choose all in-person or all virtual.
The current PD of my former fellowship program is a friend of mine and I asked him about this the other day and he said they hadn't figured it out yet.
