Hey everyone,

I was recently invited to PKP and I know it's mostly worthless since the med schools can see your GPA anyway, BUT if you do include it on your AMCAS will it hurt your application? Otherwise I could split up another one of my 15 things (I've lumped shadowing different dr.s into one item), but I'm debating whether it would be better to include PKP as well.

Thanks for the help! :D

if you have room to fill, then use it, but be sure to either 1) only use one honors society or 2) use one slot to fill in all your honors societies

PKP isn't that bad, many schools that don't have PBK use PKP as a replacement

best of luck with your app.

It shouldn't hurt your application. After all, it is an honor society. I put two of them on my AMCAS (National Honor Soc., and History Honor Society).
