Will taking a required course after I submit my application affect my chances?

A few schools I'm applying to require anatomy and/or physiology, which I have yet to take. I'm applying for the Fall '18 cycle, but I would not take A&P until spring of '18. Would this cause schools to look at my application in a more negative light?

If it matters, my numbers are: 3.81 GPA, 3.72 sGPA/ DAT: 20AA, 23RC, 19OC, 19 Gc, 20 BIO, 21 QR, 19 PAT/ Volunteering: ~150 hours/Shadowing: ~210 hours

It won't affect your chances, as long as it's completed before you matriculate (for schools that require it), they won't care.
