I will be taking a course that is considered GPA booster course in my school. Will the adcom knows the difficultly level of the course and frown at it?

First off, does the title spell out to a reader that the course is a cake walk? How familiar, do you think, the adcoms at the schools you'll be applying to are with your institution and the curriculum's various components? Unless you, or your transcript, jumps up and declares your intentions in taking this course, then I don't see adcoms having a problem with your enrollment.

Most schools only look at whether you've satisfied their course requirements and your GPA + DAT. They don't have time to check up on every detail such as whether a certain course is a 'booster course'.

Ditto! Unless the "cake walk" is within the same geographical area as the school. Then, it may be "known."
