Withdrawal after acceptance by letter or email?

I know this has been covered before but just to make sure. I'm about to withdraw my acceptance to Temple. Should I write a letter, email, or call, or a combination of both?

I'll be down to a DO and a MD acceptance now. I hope this helps someone who wants to get into Temple.
