I'm currently working around 25-30 hr/week.

I work as a part-time CRC and also as a clinic leader at a free medical clinic, culminating to the hours I've mentioned above. I've received 2 IIs so far for the 2024-25 cycle, but I'm concerned that I'm not on a full-time work schedule. I've found myself having plenty of free time during the week, which I find pretty relieving as I had a jam-packed schedule during undergrad.

Should I be concerned/doing more during my gap year before I hopefully matriculate into med school next year?

No.

Enjoy the free time. Fill it with things you enjoy that you might not find time for next year. Build some good habits and some skills that will come in handy after you are back in school.
