Worried about GPA for MD schools

Freshman: 2.5 (due to first sem of 2.0)
Soph: 3.3
Junior: 4.0
Senior 4.0

cGPA: 3.51 sGPA 3.72

Is the strong upward trend enough to make up for my poor freshman grades?
