EVINE, is there anyone in your class that had a 5 in verbal complemented by 10's in bio/phys? Thanks
Sorry, I have no clue. We don't discuss MCAT scores anymore. I know our average was a 30, and I'm sure there were some 25's in the class, but I don't know specifically about 5's in a section. The more interesting you are in other areas, though, the more chance you'd have.

And for the record, I had an F and a D on my transcript. Both were non-science though. Beat that.

Ummmm....ok

E - Honors Seminar
D- - Intro to Bio 2
D - Intro to Bio 1
F - 2 Semesters of Recital Attendance

48 on my first organic exam. It was then I knew why people despised organic chemistry. Funny thing is, I thought I was well prepared before the test.

About the same on my first Organic Exam and I thought I was damn prepared for the shizzy. Ever since lowest was an 81. Curve threw me to an A. Besides Multivariable Calc and ODE, O-chem was probably the most challenging of classes I took, but I like math and chemistry yet I am a bio major. Sounds stupid.

I swear I had that same dream...did you wake up all freaked out too?

Did anyone else see that sample on how to read you MCAT score before you actually saw your score in the mail? It was six points lower than my score (and 3 points lower than I needed to get into my state school) and I thought I was going to have a heart attack!

Evine you talk like you're special. Any one of us lookin toward med school could apply and get the military scholarship. U want a cookie? chocolate chip? haha...

I once got a 10% on a physics test.

Bad times.

But I dropped it 🙂

worst ever pre-med test grade? whatever i got on the biochem exam i took friday morning. :scared:

I didn't even get a grade in genetics. I got an N after I decided not to show up for the final. I was taking 26 credits that semester and was too burned out to care. Even now... I don't care.

That's hilarious! What did the test cover?

whoops. Sorry, I didn't notice there was a reply. The topic was engineering fluid mechanics and the professor graded SAT style...5 points for the right answer, -2 or 3 for the wrong answer. It was terrible...there's nothing like solving a problem and realizing your answer isn't a multiple choice and you have no way of getting partial credit and can't fix it...

He actually ended up applying a fairly significant curve to the test. I think he was really shocked that the class did so poorly, but honestly, I don't know he was expecting...didn't give us any practice problems beyond the homeworks and fluid mechanics isn't really something you can memorize and spit back.

I actually did okay on the test (I think a B)...but I thought it belonged here for the negative scores.

YOU ROCK! Yay for D's in Science classes!!!

Now I don't feel so bad about my ochem grades...whenever I think I can do well enough, someone makes a 97 and throws off the curve and messes up the whole class. I hate ochem!!!

C in both sems. of Orgo, C in Calc II
Fun stuff..NOT 🙁
