Would urgent care count as primary care or is it just IM and FM?

want to see if I can include that as primary care exposure since I worked with family med docs as well.

Thanks!

Urgent care, by definition, is not longitudinal. It is a form of "emergency" medicine.
It is fine to include those hours, but shadowing someone who knows the patient and cares for them over time is far preferable.
General IM, peds and family med are examples of longitudinal care. Psych and OBG can also be longitudinal, but it's harder to find shadowing in those specialties.
