If you go on e-MCAT.com, they have writing samples with grades. It looks like there are good grades on 3-5Paragraph essays. I got an O on the real thing, & did the basic 3 paragraph thing. I don't really think the number of paragraphs matter, as long as you answer the questions & have a cohesive essay, with good examples/thoughts. But definitely check out that those practice ones to guide you if you're worried.
