No. There is no reasonable way to get equal representation in each layer of military service. We are not using a recipe to recreate the same cake every time. You are advocating for equal outcomes. The just thing would be equal opportunity. There should be, and are, processes to prevent discriminatory behavior. Discrimination should be aggressively fought when present. Conflating this to equal representation at each level of service is an absurd extreme that would be inherently discriminatory, and contrary to choosing the best people for the job.
